Develop or enhance your skills in self-care in a fun and creative way!
You are invited to join a small group environment designed to benefit those living with ADHD. This group is similar to our traditional support groups, except a creative arts therapy approach will form the basis.
Creative Art Therapy will enable you to explore your creativity while developing your self-awareness and developing skills to improve your self-care by using a range of creative mediums; painting, drawing, clay, collage, mixed media sculpture, dance, symbols, writing and more.
You will be invited to acknowledge emotions and thought processes, then express them creatively within the workshop. You will then share your creation in a confidential, safe and supportive group.
What you will need:
To attend a 2-3 hour session each Friday for five weeks.
To allocate time to reflect and restore your inspiration.
The times for sessions are:
1. Friday 13th May;
2. Friday 20th May;
3. Friday 27th May;
4. Friday 03th June;
5. Friday 10th June.
Each group session is 5.00 AUD and includes light supper
