🔵 SPARK Your Resilience – Upper Primary (Year 4-6)

Parent/Carer for Week 1, then Parent/Carer and child for Week 2 to 6.

🗓️ Thursdays starting 23 October ending 27 November

⏰ Time: 4:30pm – 6:00pm

📍 Location: ADHD WA Hub – 109 Montgomery Ave, Mount Claremont
💲 Cost: $125 per session / $750 for the full 6-week program.
Medicare rebate available using code 80122 – read more in the FAQ below.
Cost with medicare rebate (if eligible): approx $95 per session / $570 for the full program
