OnTrac | Term 3 | Child & Parent Combined (7-10 years)

Parent & Child (Combined) OnTrac (7 – 10 years)

• 6 Week group program for both the parent and child (due to space restrictions, only one parent to attend)
• Child must have a formal ADHD Diagnosis and be aged between 7 and 10 years old
• Tuesday’s | 4pm – 6pm | Commences 8 Aug (following sessions: 15, 22, 29 Aug, 5, 12 Sept)
• Complimentary Q&A session on Wednesday 20th September
• $620 ($100 per 2 hour weekly session, plus $20 for consumables)
• Medicare rebate if eligible with a valid referral, which must be supplied with Mental Health Care Plan prior to commencement of program

Cancellation Policy

Due to demand, this program is not eligible for a refund unless we are able to fill the place from our waitlist.

Participants cannot be transferred to a future program as each program usually has a waitlist.
