October is International ADHD Awareness Month

ADHD WA invites you to join us this Awareness Month in six (6) different ways:

🍊 Wear Orange
Share a photo of you rocking orange for the day on social media. Use hashtag #ADHDAwarenessMonth and tag @ADHDWA and ADHDWA will repost it on our socials.

ADHD WA Conference – Saturday 14 Oct

📙 Donate Toward New Library Books
This ADHD Awareness Month, ADHD WA are seeking donations toward the purchase of new books for the ADHD WA Library. We are aiming to raise $1,000 to purchase 35 new books. Donate here

🥕 Host a Morning Tea
Gather your family, friends, or colleagues for an orange themed morning tea at your home or workplace. Use the time to bring awareness to ADHD by talking about ADHD and sharing your story.

🧡  Participate in a Peer Support Group
ADHD WA run online and in-person Peer Support Groups for Adults and for Parents each month for members.
