We are notifying you that a Special General Meeting of members of ADHD Western Australia Inc. (“ADHD WA”) will be held online, via Zoom on Monday 27th February 2023, at 6:30 pm AWST, via Zoom.
The purpose of the SGM is to pass a Special Resolution for ADHD WA to amend the Constitution Clause 1.5 point (a) and to transition from a Calendar year accounting and auditing to an end of Financial year accounting and auditing.

It is mandatory to RSVP and register your attendance before you come to the SGM. Please register no later than Monday 13th February.
If you are unable to attend the SGM, but are a member and would like to vote by proxy, please complete and sign the Proxy Form and return by:
- Post or in person to ADHD WA, The Niche, Suite B, 11 Aberdare Road, Nedlands 6009, or
- Email to hello@adhdwa.org
so that it is received no later than 4pm on Monday 27th February 2023.
