I help neurodivergent senior executives and professionals reduce their stress and free their creativity from the corporate chaos.
As a transformation coach, I help neurodivergent people build sustainable professional lives and get back to enjoying your personal lives. I coach neurodivergent leaders to be more strategic, focused and calm, and overcome and avoid burnout.

My practical, strengths-based approach comes from my lived experience as an Executive Director and a late-in-life diagnosis of autism and ADHD.

Get the best from your creative mind and step into your personal and professional goals.

Who I work with:
My goal is to be the #1 leadership coach for neurodivergent people in Australia, but I work with so many more people.
– Autistic people, people with ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions, either diagnosed or self-identified
– Nerds (software developers, engineers, project managers, analysts and lawyers)
– Leaders, especially those new to a leadership role who need to learn new skills in a hurry
– People working in creative agencies or digital teams
– People who own a small business or a start-up
– Those recovering from burnout, or currently experiencing it
– Gifted high achievers who might feel they aren’t reaching their highest potential
– HR departments and companies who want to support their high performers and neurodivergent staff.

Not all my leadership clients see themselves as neurodivergent, but they often feel something is hindering them from achieving their goals, or struggle with anxiety or depression.

What I do:
There’s no handbook for how to operate inside an organisation or run a business as a neurodivergent person. My clients are often extremely gifted and have had successful careers despite (or because of!) their disability, but get to a point where they realise that they are struggling and heed help.

But when they get to that point, there isn’t much help out there that is tailored for their brain and communicated in a way that works for them. I bridge the gap between traditional professional coaching and communicating with neurodivergent people in a neuro-affirming way.

I can’t make that task list disappear, but I can help you learn how to regulate your nervous system and create space for strategic thinking. I coach leaders to balance stress and get the best out of their creative minds, allowing them to step into visionary leadership and achieve your professional and personal goals.

I’ve coached people who:
– have been promoted into leadership but are struggling to balance the demands of the role
– want to finally make momentum on that side hustle and turn that idea into a business
– can’t get beyond the constant emails and tasks to get their big projects off the ground
– struggle with building stakeholder relationships and selling their work
– never seem to have enough time for strategic thinking because they’re overwhelmed with small tasks
– aren’t seeing the results they expect, despite having the skills to be good at their job.

Many are focusing all their energy into their job, experiencing overwhelm or panic attacks, and finding there’s nothing left in the tank for themselves. I help them get from where they are to where they want to be. Many of my clients have worked with consultants, coaches or therapists who didn’t understand neurodivergence, or are they felt a bit lost in their work and home life.

My experience:

When I received my late diagnosis of autism and ADHD, I was the Executive Director of a digital agency with 400 employees. I was leading multi-million dollar tech projects and led a department of 40 staff. In that role I focused on delivering on time, increasing profit and revenue, increasing employee engagement and client happiness – in a way that was holistic and sustainable. I didn’t want to make money at the expense of the humans I worked with.

After my diagnosis, it became clear that many of the challenges creative leaders face come from how neurodivergence shows up in the workplace. Since then, I’ve devoted my skills to helping people and teams build neuro-affirming lives and workplaces, building a strengths-based coaching practice that helps people maximise their potential.

For over a decade, I’ve been coaching future leaders. I’ve helped people go from performance improvement plans to becoming top performers. My strengths-based coaching practice is for neurodivergent people from all walks of life – helping you build neuro-affirming lives and workplaces.
