Graduating from the University of Western Australia with a Master of Psychology in 2001, Dionne has been employed in schools, hospital settings, and private allied health settings.

Dionne specialises in the assessment of neurodevelopmental disorders such as Specific Learning Disorders (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia), Attention Disorders (ADHD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
