Dr Varun Sharma is a young Perth trained Consultant Psychiatrist and Addiction Specialist who was born and brought up in Western Australia. Dr Sharma is a Fellow of the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) with a Certificate of Advanced Training in Addiction Psychiatry (Cert. Addiction Psych.) He has a special interest in treating ADHD in those with comorbid addiction disorders. He works at the WA Psychiatry and ADHD Clinic in Karrinyup. Dr Sharma believes in the importance of continuing education: he tries to stay up to date with the latest evidence in the field of mental health. He understands how difficult and daunting it can be to see a psychiatrist and hence aims to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
