Getting Better Sleep Group Therapy Program

Individuals with ADHD often struggle with sleep. This includes morning and evening routines, getting to sleep, quality of sleep and developing healthy sleep habits.

ADHD WA is offering a 6-week group therapy program for adults that focuses on how to optimise sleeping patterns and manage inconsistencies in sleep and routine to help achieve better sleep.

Key focus areas for the Getting Better Sleep Group Therapy Program:

  • The nature of sleep, and tackling key myths and challenges
  • How ADHD can impact our sleep, and how sleep can be impacted by ADHD
  • Making sense of circadian rhythms, sleep routines, and sleep hygiene
  • Relaxation, stress management, and reducing racing thoughts

This will be a highly practical group with between-session practice tasks, that we hope will be of great benefit to those who attend.
