Robyn (Rob) Kaye
Rob is an ADHD Coach from the Moreton Bay region of Queensland. Prior to becoming an ADHD Coach, gained varied experience working for federal and local governments, not-for-profits, job network, and training companies in positions such as human resources officer, adult learning facilitator, case manager, admin/receptionist, Ministerial complaint writer and senior complaints officer.
Diagnosed at the age of 55 Rob lived with undiagnosed ADHD for most of her life and experienced the significant impacts it had on every aspect of her life. Rob credits diagnosis and being able to work with an ADHD Coach for her transformation from feeling broken, ashamed, and hopeless to energised, motivated and hopeful.
The change Rob experienced was such that she was inspired to become an ADHD Coach, adding to her previous Bachelor of Education (Adult and Workplace Education) by completing a Certificate IV in Life Coaching and some ADHD specific studies from the ADD Coach Academy. Rob has also gained accreditation as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
Rob still has challenges and her ADHD trips her up from time-to-time but she knows this is temporary and what she can do to address it. Rob embraces her my ADHD and by harnessing her strengths and maintaining self-care, she knows she can succeed. Rob is passionate about helping others to learn about their ADHD, discover their strengths, find strategies to manage their challenges, and achieve their goals.
