Parent & Child (Combined) OnTrac (7 – 10 years)

• 6 Week group program for both the parent and child (due to space restrictions, only one parent to attend)
• Child must be aged between 7 and 10 years old
• Tuesday’s | 4pm – 6pm | Commences 24^th Oct (following sessions: 31 Oct, 7, 14, 21, 28 Nov)
• Complimentary Q&A session on Wednesday 6th December
• $620 ($100 per 2 hour weekly session, plus $20 for consumables)
• Medicare rebate if eligible with a valid referral, which must be supplied with Mental Health Care Plan prior to commencement of program
• Your child does NOT require a formal ADHD diagnosis to attend the On Trac Program

Cancellation Policy

Due to demand, this program is not eligible for a refund unless we are able to fill the place from our waitlist.

Participants cannot be transferred to a future program as each program usually has a waitlist.
