Kylie is well known for her holistic, down-to-earth, and non-judgemental style. She has worked with clients across the developmental spectrum, using evidence-based approaches to support those impacted by anxiety, depression, mood fluctuations, autism, and ADHD. She also enjoys supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.

Kylie has particular interests in helping individuals navigate difficult life transitions, adapt following diagnosis/illness, manage professional pressures; improve performance, and embed healthy lifestyle habits (e.g., movement, mindful awareness, sleep).

Kylie places great emphasis on strength-orientated approaches and healthy living. She holds recognised qualifications in fitness instruction and professional coaching, offering health and executive coaching as an additional and/or requested service.

Rhythm Psychology & Wellbeing celebrates neurodiversity in all forms and encourage/facilitate the development of personal insight for improved wellbeing, goal pursuit, and occupational functioning. For this purpose, we continue to support gold standard ADHD assessment protocols via ADHD WA.
