Areas of practice
  • Dietitian

Virtual Nutrition support for ADHD: Specialties – Binge eating, disordered eating, PMDD, missing meals, overwhelm, food guilt/shame/noise, dopamine seeking, perfectionism, self compassion, low motivation/feeling stuck.

Nina is an accredited practising dietitian and disordered eating specialist dedicated to helping people with ADHD build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Having personally overcome binge eating disorder while living with undiagnosed ADHD, Nina understands the emotional toll of feeling out of control with food.

She believes that the key to transforming how you eat lies in understanding your ADHD brain—working with it, not against it. By helping you build practical, ADHD-friendly habits one small, achievable step at a time, Nina keeps it real: knowing what to do is one thing, but actually doing it consistently—without making it your whole personality—is another.

Nina’s Binge Free & Beyond Method

An evidence-based, compassionate approach that goes beyond just food to help ADHDers:

• Build consistency in eating habits—even with ADHD’s “consistently inconsistent” nature
• Rebuild trust with food and quiet the exhausting “food noise”
• Embrace a flexible, intuitive approach to eating that works with their ADHD brain
• Manage dopamine-seeking food behaviors without guilt or self-judgment
• Break free from the cycle of yo-yo dieting, binge eating, and food guilt
• Overcome black-and-white thinking and perfectionism that keep them stuck

With a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, a Master of Dietetics, and additional training in eating disorders, body image healing, trauma-informed care, and neurodiversity-affirming practices, Nina blends professional expertise with real life experience. Her fully virtual clinic, Nutrition Parlour, makes expert support accessible, no matter where you are.
